Hubbard Media (“we”, “us”) operates the HM BigData website at https://bigdata.hubbardmedia.com. We compile, clean, structure and host large multi-source data sets for small and mid-sized businesses: warehouses, pipelines, AI-ready datasets, and custom feeds. What data the contact form collects
If you use the contact form on this site, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. We use these solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to scope and deliver our service.
Lawful basis
We process the personal data you submit through the contact form on the lawful basis of taking steps at your request prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating our business (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Prospect data (B2B outreach)
Where we reach out to business contacts as part of our sales activity, we process limited business contact data (work email, job title, company) under the lawful basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). We process only what is necessary and proportionate for B2B outreach about a service relevant to your role. Retention
We keep contact-form and prospect data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, typically 24 months after last contact, or longer where needed to comply with legal or accounting obligations. Client data held within the data warehouses and pipelines we operate is governed by the terms of our service agreement with each client.
